Berry Perfection Class

This is a virtual live and recorded small group tutorial session. In this class you will learn the basics of perfecting chocolate covered strawberries, from picking the perfect strawberries, washing and storing your strawberries, chocolate melting and coloring, and our ultimate dipping technique. 

Each participant enrolled into the class will also have the ability to reach out to us directly for feedback on up to 5 sets of chocolate dipped strawberries. 

The course takes place in a private Facebook group. You must have access to Facebook in order to join the course.

Once you make payment Carlette’s Pop Up Shop will send you an email on how to access the Facebook group. Please allow 24 hours to be added to the group. All payments and purchases of this live session are non-refundable and non transferable.
